7-day money-back

If you’re unhappy with your subscription, email us within 7 days of the charge and we’ll refund it — no questions, no hoops. This matches our payment processor (Dodo Payments) default and covers both first-time purchases and renewals.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@plcsimulationsoftware.com from the address on your account.
  2. Include the date of the charge and the last 4 digits of the card (or Dodo receipt number).
  3. We’ll confirm within 2 business days and process the refund via Dodo. Funds usually land on your statement within 5–10 business days.

After 7 days

Once the 7-day window closes, paid plans are non-refundable for the remainder of the billing period. You can still cancel from the billing dashboard; cancelling stops the next renewal and preserves your access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where there’s clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeated subscribe-then-refund cycles, or accounts flagged for breach of our terms of service.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks cost us a fixed fee regardless of outcome, and the refund path above is faster. If you disagree with a refund decision, escalate through support and we’ll work it out.
