What the browser simulator does today, how free access works and which claims come from the canonical product-facts artifact.

Execution and learning surfaces

PLC logic execution

Programs are parsed into a common representation and evaluated against an input/program/output scan model. The deterministic teaching clock makes repeatable grading possible.

Machine scenarios

140 source-catalogued practice records are defined in the source catalog. Each published record can include I/O, a machine state model, brief, solution and test cases; access varies by tier and rollout.

Guided curriculum

12 core lesson positions are rendered across 8 learning dialect tracks (96 lesson instances). The first 6 core lessons per dialect are free.

Feedback and assessment

Scenario tests compare the learner program with authored outcomes and show pass/fail evidence. Interview, wiring, HMI and robot tracks are related learning products with their own scope.

Browser delivery

The editor and learning simulations run in a web browser. A no-account guided first program is available at /try; catalog play and saved progress require an account.

Visual practice

The product includes 2D machine views and selected 3D learning scenes. These are instructional state models, not CAD-accurate production digital twins.

Access boundaries

SurfaceCurrent verified accessImportant distinction
No-account trialOne guided first program at /tryThis is not the entire free catalog.
Free account27 source-tagged free-tier records and 6 core lessons per dialectVisibility can vary by entitlement and staged rollout.
Basic$12/month or $99/yearAdds paid learning access; consult pricing for the live entitlement description.
Pro$29/month or $249/yearAdds broader catalog and product features; it does not turn the simulator into vendor firmware.

Why the catalog has more than one number

The source registry and seeder define 140 scenario records marked published, plus the separate sandbox definition. The number visible to a visitor can be lower because access depends on account state, tier, entitlement and staged feature rollout. The no-account /try experience is a guided first program; catalog scenarios use an account.
